Steam temperature is regulated to allow oils to release, regulation is important to not destroy the botanical material or cause oil burns. 

Another method of extraction is Cold Pressing usually for most of your citrus material by way of piercing and then squeezing to release the juice from the pulp.

The Enfleurage Extraction method for delicate flower petals that have low contents of essential oils.

Solvent Extraction method used to extract higher amounts of essential oil. This process involve chemical solvent to separate plant material to release aromatic compounds to produce substance concrete that is dissolved in alcohol to remove the solvent. Your absolute are discovered after evaporated alcohol.

Turbo Distillation is for soaking your botanical plant material in water and steam circulated for the mixture, after a continuous recycle during the entire process for coarse materials of bark, seeds, roots, etc..

Hydrodiffusion extraction, process of steam at atmospheric pressure through the plant material form top of a plant chamber that allow steam to saturate your plant material giving you a more original plant aroma.

Carbon Dioxide Extraction used with high extreme pressure in stainless steel vessels or tanks. Your vessels are injected with carbon dioxide causing pressure to increase. At this point the carbon dioxide turn to liquid like a solvent to extract the essential oils from your plant materials. After the pressure has decreased the carbon dioxide return to an gaseous state.
