Eugenia Caryophyllata, Clove Bud Essential Oil, Wild Dark is spicy, sweet and warm.  The middle notes are peppery and sweet.  Each of the other Clove Bud Oils are excellent; however many Flavor and Fragrance professionals regard Madagascar's clove as the best variety.
